Nice explanation indeed
Thank you so much.
Hi Shayna, how's it goin' ? I agree with the fact that one's gotta be polite when answering questions, I'd say eight out of those ten ways. BUT. If I don't know that person, I've never seen him/her before, that's to say, that person's a complete stranger to me, well, I'd answer with the number 8 and 9. I don't care whether I'm rude or not. 😊 Thanks for the video lesson Shayna. 👍.
Please speak more slowly, because I am learning English. Thank you 🙏🏻
You made me literally laugh when you saying those tongue twisters so quickly, l mean in a good way. Your were great in my opinion. I think i should try and say those out loud as fast as you did someday😊
👍

Is this sentence correct : We are sitting in the garden when the rain came up Or when we were sitting in the garden, the rain came up.
With a smile like that, I would have thought she'd be British
shyna i really love you please continue
Where is the link?
Is meet up the same as catch up ?
NO, they're not the same. "Catch up" = informal meeting or conversation in which people find out about things that have happened since they last met or spoke. "Meet up" = it just means to get together, gather, reunite.
@@fredylopez2477 I got it. Thanks a lot
Thank you
What's difference between "make the difference " and "tell the difference "?
Sad note about myself... When I was at sixth grade, I despised English so much that I was the only kid in class that failed a test in that subject... 30 points out of full mark... All other children to the last weakest of them got full mark of 100 percents... I was the only one who failed miserably for my hate to English and the method of teaching it... It was painful to feel it and I hide my test well from all others so they would not figure out and ridicule me after they find out I was not smart as I presented to be until then... Anyway, out of school it is more that you write because it is fun, and does not suffer such humiliation of making so much mistakes... I could just make a typo, but whatever, I just want to enjoy and express my ideas... More than you might learn something at school, you might find it is more of suffering than education if you end up with others in class as well as teachers you despise...
Awesome!!!!!! Thank a lot....
lovely! thanks for your sharing!
Thank you
if i had to teach a foreigner english i wouldn't tell them the rule to this stupid language i would recommend just remembering how to spell the word
convoluted is what it is. it is much easier to just remember how to spell the word than to have to remember the rules for the words with "ie or ei". as a kid learning how to spell words i remembered the rule i before e except after e. now... i ignore the rule and just remember how to spell the words that i need to spell because it's much easier
Thanks
Thanks
Thank you alot❤
Hello
Hi Shayna how's it goin' ?. if you can't do that one on the first try, how do you expect me to do it on the first try. I think it takes a lot of practice. 😊👍 To me, all of them are hard to say.😊.
Raising your middle finger is a vulgar gesture. That's called giving the bird.
To _turn_ something _in_ means to submit it I _turned_ _in_ our key card as I was checking out of the hotel She _turned_ _in_ her uniform and quit
If a nature English teacher doesn't do that imagine us. rsrsrs
The last one is the most challenging
Thank you for teaching😊❤️
You are awesome Ma'am ❤️
I am here. It's seven o clock. Are 'here' & 'seven o clock ', adverbs? How so if 'be' is a Linking Verb?
Wonderful
Love your videos so much! Thank you for your hard work! 🤩
I still get angry when I _think_ _about_ all the hurtful things my mother did to me
Wise people are more spiritual..

Final ‘o’ is pronounced differently from that in Portuguese, it's waay more different.
It's not funeral it's fun-er
You helped me a lot!
Your channel is so good!
Really helpful
i say "yeah" or "yep". is that normal?
The key is to listen to how these constructions are PRONOUNCED. The reason that there is confusion is that classical scholars decided that they couldn't pronounce Archimedes's principle and Achilles's heel, and so they said that it was OK to pronounce them - and thus to spell them - Archimedes' principle and Achilles' heel. Others then stretched the rule to names like Jesus, James etc., arguing that they're classical names, which they're not. With plural possessives, the pronunciation is the same, so the apostrophe use reflects this, e.g. the boys' bedroom (more than one boy) and the boy's bedroom (one boy). You only know which it is when you see it written down. It's all based on logic and pronunciation.
Horrible rule. Over 900 words in the english language that are exception to the rule. Foreign, leisure, freight. It only applies when the "C" is involved
Decades of confusion finally corrected
Keep up the fantastic work! Can’t wait for the next video! 🎉
